The X-Cube is a unique interactive space for 2 to 6 people where you can enjoy a variety of games and experiences for different ages. We offer 30-minute experiences for kids, and for adults, we have 60-minute experiences and games. Check our list of all games to find the best fit for your group.

The X-Cube is not a standard escape room, but a couple of games are definitely in that category. Like an escape room, you are with a small group in a space where you have to solve puzzles and complete different missions to get out of the X-Cube or to get as many points as possible. The big difference is that the X-Cube is fully interactive, you are not locked in (you can leave at any time), and we have all different kinds of games in the same room. However, Spy Training is a game that is made by one of the biggest escape room builders in Europe.

To make a booking, visit our website or partner’s site, choose a game and time slot, and proceed with payment. After successful payment you’ll receive an email containing all necessary information and the door code.

On weekends, it is possible to pay cash to the hostess of the X-Cube, and she or he can make the booking for you. You can play immediately if there is availability, or you can book a later timeslot or another day and we provide the information needed to open the door.

At Almada Forum, you can pay with your bank card or even cash when the hostess is available. They are at the X-Cube locations on weekends between 12:00 and 22:00. You can also book an experience for another timeslot with them.

The pricing for our experiences is as follows:

• 9,50 € per person for the 30-minute games
• 15 € per person for the 60-minute games

There are no age restrictions but the adult games are intended for teenagers 14 and above. When it comes to the kids games, they are suitable for children aged 9 and above. For the experiences designed for children, we recommend adult supervision.

Yes, the X-Cube is also ideal for children and children’s parties. With Agent 8008, the children have to work together to identify the perpetrator of a kidnapping. In Spy Training Kids, they must complete various tasks together to become Master Spies. The Crazy Gameshow is also fun for children. You’re in a game show and have to play all kinds of mini-games together to achieve the highest possible score.

The maximum number of players allowed per game is currently 6 people. Our games are designed to accommodate a range of group sizes, providing an immersive and enjoyable experience for teams of 2 to 6 players.

Cancellation is possible up to 1 hour before the chosen time slot. If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, kindly notify us at least 1 hour before your designated time slot to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

The X-Cube is a space where the door can always be opened from the inside, so you are not locked in. Additionally, the door will also automatically open in the event of a power failure.

It varies by location whether food and drinks are allowed inside. In Almada Forum, this is not permitted because we work with electronics and large screens. We also want to keep the space clean for the next group.

Color blind individuals may encounter a slight disadvantage in certain games within the X-cube, but they can still enjoy the full experience.

Light effects and flashing lamps are incorporated in the X-Cube experience. We advise against participation in the X-Cube for individuals with light sensitivity or epilepsy.

We are committed to providing a welcoming experience for all our players. At each of our locations, ramps are available that enable wheelchair access, making the X-Cube easily accessible for individuals with mobility challenges.

The X-Cube incorporates a range of controllers and touchscreens, ensuring accessibility for individuals in wheelchairs. While the lower controls are thoughtfully designed to be easily reachable, we acknowledge that the top part of the touchscreen may pose some challenges from a wheelchair position, but that is where the teamplay comes in…

The X-Cube occupies a space of 16 square meters, boasting an array of modern technology, including a massive 98-inch touch screen and 6 controllers to play with.

Yes, you certainly can. The X-Cube is ideal for children’s parties. Each game for children lasts 30 minutes and can accommodate 6 children at a time.

If the group from the children’s party is larger than 6 people, you can take turns playing. At Almada Forum, it is right next to the food court, so that is a good combination. The small groups can compete against each other for the highest score

The X-Cube at Almada Forum is open every day from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM and on weekends even until midnight. You can always book online and with the code, you can open the door yourself. On weekends, there is also someone from X-Cube present to assist, answer questions, and handle bookings with a bank card.2

Our first X-Cube in Portugal is located in Almada Forum, just south of Lisbon. It is easily accessible from the center of Lisbon via bridge and boat.

Currently, in Portugal, we have Spy Training available in 30-minute and 60-minute versions. Here, you and your team will carry out various tasks to earn the title of master spy. These are all escape room tasks. There is also a kids’ version available for children from 9 years old. The game is available in both English and Portuguese. Also in French and Dutch.

In Murder at the Mansion, you and your team will solve a murder. This game lasts 60 minutes and teamwork is very important. This is also available in Portuguese, as well as English, Dutch, and Spanish.

The Crazy Gameshow is only in English and here you will participate in a 30-minute game show with your group. By playing all sorts of mini-games you can achieve the highest score and win prizes.
